I do think that Joel has a really good angle here. Where can you go to smoke a cigarette these days let alone MJ without being harassed (in legal states). The real estate grow angle is being undercut by illegal growers supplying MJ at cheaper prices. see (Price of pot in Washington State Stores has fallen) and the medical side is in limbo so long as MJ is a class 1 substance. I'm wondering when the industry is going to realize that providing a safe, clean, upscale place to consume (in legalized states) is the correct business model. Only then will we see this one move up in price. Just My Opinion.
