There have been lots of posts questioning DP's integrity. Many have said that TRTC is scam meant to enrich insiders. DP has been called greedy time and again. Now for as long as I have been a shareholder, I have only really seen evidence that DP is continuing to follow the strategy that he laid out for TRTC years ago when he took the company public. In the world of OTC companies, it's rare to find one that has been able to accomplish so much of it's stated goals.

From where I sit, DP has been true to his word on things he has tried to accomplish. Now here's the thing, lot's of you say DP is shady, I haven't seen it, but do I believe he has a shady side, yes. Most of us do and if it turns out to be necessary, do I believe DP would sell out the shareholders to save his own skin, yes I do. Now that being said, one of the reasons why I expect DP to make us rich is partly because of a shady side. We're talking about a marijuana business, with a large part of it's business in Las Vegas, and it trades on the OTC. If DP didn't have a shady side, he'd get run over and shareholders would own a loser stock. Let's see that shady side DP !!!

As I said, if things look bleak, DP would probably sell us out to save himself and I probably wouldn't fault him for doing so, but until that situation arises, he's going to try to make this thing work and any shadiness in him is working on our behalf. Sort of like the old saying, "the enemy of my enemy is my friend." You may think he's a bad guy, but if he is a bad guy, that might be good for us. I don't know if it's his shadiness paying off in the underworld of marijuana businesses or not, but from where I sit, it looks like he is dominating.

To summarize, I have been impressed with DP and think he's acted responsibly for shareholders, but if there are shady tactics at play, at least for now, those shady tactics are aligned with the interests of long term TRTC investors. I'm down on my investment, but still very content and actually thrilled about the things DP has been able to do on our behalf. JMHO. GLTA.
