Jerry only paid back some of the money he was advanced Welch got some of the money. Jerry had no choice he didn't answer the lawsuit and had a default judgement against him. He gave millions of shares to settle the debt. Once again not paying, lawsuits and BK is how this man has does business. I don't know if this is another scam or not. All I know is Jerry got the same people in this one that been involved in all the ones investors lost their money.,I only wished I'd got on this board before I invested.
