guys, it's not black and white

9/24, the companies started working as one as a merged entities. The deadlines to cancel the merger have passed without action. They consider themselves merged.

The 8-K is indeed more than a formality - it is necessary to finalize the merger with the legal authorities.

It's the difference between a statement of fact (companies are merged because they are merged) and statement of law (companies are not merged because all paperwork is not yet on file).
