rags- it is good info
but I do not believe it is a new page, I know NOT in the last 2 1/2 weeks (my memory of June already gone...lol)

and it obviously predates the NY state tests and the concluded findings that NY could not "handle" the data output- it was too much tech for them (see the Barrow update).
