Clarification on RXSF Share structure. Did he improperly obtain the RXSF Share structure or did TA improperly release the RXSF float to him? I would be under the assumption it would have been wrong for the TA to release if they were "gagged" and I don't understand why the person or Entity who asked the question on RXSF would be in the wrong. All they had to do was tell him NO... and not give him the float and OS???
