If you're basing your investment here on wether the CEO releases accurate and up to the minute PRs about fraudulent share counts boy are you missing the point here. They already PR'd what was going on, at the time the number of shares wasn't known, it's still being reconciled. Lorraine has more important things to do than to worry about that. Email her/them and just ask what's going on. Pretty easy to do.
Things are happening behind the scenes, we all can see that. Once the story is told here in the near future, $2, $4, $7 PPS won't really matter, nor will the share count. This will be on a major exchange, have 10-12 million outstanding, have a huge financial backing with skin in the game and it will be trading north of $25. All this day to day worrying is horse pucky.
Time to move on, the CEO seat is already taken..
