This CAN be thin. It isn't currently. There have been like 150M sold on 3s and 4s last 6 days and no movement. That came right after we were testing 7s (and it was very thin) on some good updates.
Once we break 4s again and get a positive update that isn't put out solely to sell shares this will make its move but it will always have flippers and quitters until we start really pushing towards FINALLY getting out of the trips...
