The last time we have seen the pps at today's closing level was in mid 2013!

This appears to me a good place to start to buy (in steps for me). A bounce seems likely as well. It depends on one's time horizon. The MACD (I use 5, 34, 7) is lowest and at an extreme low value since mid 2013! RSI is at 11.74
