Gail, as promised I took some pics! We had another crawfish boil. We bought 65 pounds of live crawfish, purged the poop out, boiled them with tons of spices, onions, garlic cloves, mushrooms, potatoes, corn ,and brussel sprouts. We had five batches to cook!~ Then we built a GINORMOUS bonfire - you can see one guy in the background - it was HUGE and warm and beautiful! I think my eyebrows and my husbands mustache got singed. LOL!~ This is how we do it in the south~~~
