OOAG CEO Was Arrested in New York City w/drug possession
It is a FACT, not speculation, Adam Barnett had drugs on his person and in his hotel room when he was arrested.

Further, he has sworn under oath and penalties of perjury
before a Federal Judge and State Judge that he has no assets in which to defend himself; that is why he has been appointed 4 public defenders using tax dollars.

If Barnett has a stash of cash put away for when he victoriously leaves jail being found not guilty of 3 felony charges, Barnett will revitalize OOAG (that is if the SEC hasn't already delisted OOAG).

More likely he will be re-arrested on perjury charges and go
back to jail.

Concerning libel of the Newspaper. Statute of limitations
is running out within the next 90 days, so Barnett must be
acquitted by then in order for him to prevail on slander
from the newspaper.

THE LIKELYHOOD OF ANY NOT GUILTY VERDICT FOR THE FORMER CEO
OF OOAG, LESS THAN 10%! IMHO!!!!
