Well Earnest, the triple zeroes are finally here today--but nothing is completely lost!!!! There is no need to sell any shares that you own in a hurry right now since you cannot claim any 2016 losses until next year. EVERYONE SHOULD HOLD ON TO THEIR SHARES AND WAIT UNTIL THE CANADIANS DECIDE TO ISSUE A NEWS RELEASE--WHICH IN MY OPINION WILL BE POSITIVE. I am sure that this company will continue to exist for a very long time inasmuch as the SEC has never issued any warning that it would remove this company from trading if it failed to file 10Ks or 10Qs--that is very strange, and I believe that for some reason the SEC has failed to keep up with these delinquent filers.....

Look how it punished FCPG which had been filing regular 10Qs and 10Ks until it became so expensive to pay certified auditors that they stopped paying everyone, including legal firm and eventually last year the SEC removed the company from further trading. Now look at this POS that is still hanging around all these years because it is properly manipulated to continue existing simply by changing name and providing quarterly reports that have not been audited and which are not filed on a 10Q with the SEC.
