The facts are that HJOE couldn't produce the documentation to prove their losses - as they have tried to sell to investors.

If the HJOE losses were so great and caused so much harm why did they file a joint motion to dismiss?

Why didn't they produce the documents that PLN requested during discovery to prove their losses. Why didn't they provide the emails PLN requested? The answer is that the conman Adamson exaggerated the losses and couldn't prove them.

No, this was just another part of the HJOE scam to use as a reason for the depressed PPS.
