They wouldn't have to convert immediately, however the shares have to be available which leads to WM's thought of share increase. It could happen. The only positive point is if that happened, and with debt gone no shares are sold then they do either a buyback since shares would be cheap with the announcement of the as increase. Or then a small rs. Thanks for your thoughts. It's nice to see rational ideas.
