You may be right. However, as you know, they could just issue themselves a nice bonus to cover the costs and losses if the PPS tanks or they do an RS, etc. Still not convinced mgt at AEZS knows how to create, sustain and grow shareholder value and equity. Hence this appears to be a flipper stock if anything IMO
