As I understand it (per Ken's email to me) is that Ken is till majority shareholder with 60% of shares belonging to him. Also Ken suggested the $4,000,000 (I think 4 billion shares at par .001) will be cancelled due to non performance. Ken also suggested the Mobiweb laws were cancelled. I know Ken was looking for private investor to help with some bills and so on. Perhaps that has happened and they are ready to start announcing a new strategic plan. I am not sure what to believe however that is what I was told, take it or leave it kind of thing. One would think that if Ken holds 60% of the shares then he would want these share to be worth something significant.
