Sorry, "I was only following orders/doing my job" is not an excuse to participate in a major fleecing operation. There was nothing "complex" about this pump and dump. Many of us demonstrated beyond a doubt, using the company's own filings, that this would end in disaster. Irons read the board, he responded to many of the claims with bullshit and obfuscation. He could have asked the tough questions or quit at any time. As for a career track - he has avoided being sued and charged (so far). Thank God, this "career" was knocked off track.
I hope he lost money, but somehow I doubt any insiders did. They were all dumping during the glory days of the pump.

He was there watching the machines run (or not). He could read filings. He could ask the guys on the line questions. He saw the fuel going out (or not). He never once hedged or did anything other than pound home the company line. He may not have been the worst of the ones dumping this on retail, but he's not blameless, let alone deserving of pity, IMHO.

When he goes to the DOJ/SEC with evidence of JB's illegal activities, then I'll change my mind.

“No one in this world, so far as I know — and I have searched the records for years, and employed agents to help me — has ever lost money by underestimating the intelligence of the great masses of the plain people"
