You're right: SLRW has the FIXED Small SS, especially the Tiny float count which is the key for a stock bouncing 100-bagger or more! Almost all the non-reporting stocks have the FIXED SS and without any R/S risk which is why I prefer to invest in the unpopular OTCNI shells and Qs because I hate both the endless huge dilutions and the repeated huge R/S. We just need more real investors here who could buy and hold significant shares for certain period of time, not just buy in one day then sell in another day if no price movement...
