Thats you, you are one of those long term investors that planked dn enough to buy a mil and hold. Thats fine, however I would rather people buy 300 k flip it to a milly and sell 500 k and hold 500 k for ever. You on the other hand may some day get discruntled and sell all and never return, but the person that has made a good free ride and then some is FAR more likely to hold for the duration. I'm not saying you WILL sell, but many that simply bought a chunk will sell at some point if it doesn't move up significantly at some point. So flippers that make good gains are actually much better finds for us all in the end because their not going to fear a loss near as much as a one time buyer. GLTA WE ARE THE FUTURE
