And that is not the only thing Keeney left out. None of those companies are in direct competition. You wouldn't find the CFO of Exxon sitting on the BOD of Chevron. Both ERHCs and NGARs stated goals are to acquire oil and gas properties which puts them in direct competition. That is what makes this a potential conflict of interest that should be disclosed.
