You check some of my other posts on this? CA is pretty deep into the plan. They chose 3 priority items, one was Spray foam with MDI.

Regulatory measures go into effect in summer 2016. Funny how it lines up perfectly with one of the EPA SNUR on TDI final ruling in June 2016.

I can't speak much for the clothing. however if not addressed specifically by CA, HCT has certainly partnered with an "apparel" partner anyways
