Yes it did, and whats funny is Friday morning I woke up late and decided to not go through Thursday's after hours PR's which is when ESSI's news came out. That being said, the volume Friday ran hand in hand with the news released after hours Thursday.

But I was like a mad scientist Friday digging through the filings lol. The canceled r/s is what delayed me. I didn't get to the filing announcing they canceled the r/s until after the market closed, so now I wait for Mon morning
