Ivan, they may very well have something real good here. In their anxiety to raise as much money as possible as quickly as possible, they've not shown too much concern for their investors, not a very good idea by their brain trust. At least let your current and possibly future investors know what your doing and why you're doing it, and they will trust you forever whether you succeed in what you're trying to get done or not. They might be surprised at how it might actually help them by being more transparent. Florida
