From messages I've read on this and other boards, from private messages from some people in Dallas who know this man. He has a reputation of being a scam artist, pathological lier. Penny stock promotor, ego bigger than his size. Since I've not personally meet him, I can't say that's true or false. What does your investment in RMHB get you? All the copyrights, Jerry put in his name, he somehow ended up with 51% of the stock. His is the only class A stock, no one can tell him what he can or cannot do with the company, he failed to tell investors he fired Mark Usery a board member and from what been posted a long time friend and supporter of Jerry past failures according to Ripoff. Com. Why was his long time bookeeper Stock replaced by, in Jerry lawsuit called a theif, Micheal Welch? IMO it's Jerry way or no way. From past deals, Jerry way has never worked, investors lost their money. IMO investor have caught on to the mostly BS comming from Jerry and his hype group posting on here, notice that group has got smaller? It only grows when the pump is on, IMO share price reflects what smart investors think about what's being posted.
