It would be ironic if Berkeley were the first. My daughter-in-law grew up in Berkeley (She and David live in Portland), granddaughter in school in Eugene, home of Industrial Finishes); her parents still live there and I've been trying to encourage my conservative investor son to buy some HCTI.
