They were looking to raise $8M which would reduce their stake from 50% to 44.25%. So if they inject that capital now, they will own 55.75% of the joint venture. And they will have to consolidate those revenues IMO.
Here are the sales projections from that presentation. You have to laugh... but at least they have the money now. Let's see how fast they can ramp this one up. A $300M purchase order could get us a nice little short squeeze. Fuk the hedgies
