Sales Data:
"Gross profit on sales for the three months ended March 31, 2001 with
increase of 409% as compared to gross profit for the three months ended
March 31, 2000. The increase in gross profit is attributable to the
expiration of certain licenses, the discontinuation of our cereal products
in fiscal year 2000 that were sold primarily in selected regions
associated with the athlete or sports entity, and the introduction of
three new products after March 31, 2000 that we believe have broader
territorial appeal and stronger gross profit margins than many of our
former products.
Sales for the three months ended March 31, 2001 increased approximately
69.4% over sales for the three months ended March 31, 2000. The increase
in sales is attributable primarily to the sale of three products that we
introduced after March 31, 2000, which products we believe have broader
territorial and commercial appeal than many of our discontinued products.
For the three months ended March 31, 2001, as compared to the three months
ended March 31, 2000, operating expenses decreased 52%."

Famous Fixins entered into a licensing agreement dated as of March 22,
2001 with Olympia Dukakis

CEO & Investor Options:

Under the March 2001 agreement, CEO Jason Bauer was granted options to
purchase 1,500,000 shares of FIXN common stock. (This is would be shares
bought out of the existing outstanding shares) Certain investors agreed to
purchase an aggregate of $1,000,000 principal amount debentures and
warrants to purchase 2,500,000 shares of common stock.




Company Overview:

Famous Fixins Inc., a New York corporation, is a leading producer and
distributor of athlete and celebrity-licensed food, candy and promotional

Distribution
The Company has developed a broker/distributor network, which represents
its products in all 50 states. Depending on the product, distribution is
obtained in a particular class of trade such as supermarket chains, mass
merchandisers, drug chains, music chains, and specialty stores.

Licenses
The Company has licensing agreements with all its celebrities and athletes
for the production of various products. The Company also has an agreement
with Major League Baseball Properties for the rights to use team logos and
the Major League Baseball logo on all of the Company's current product
lines with baseball players.

Merchandise Sales
On the back panel of all its cereals, the Company sells various types of
merchandise related to the product's name. Items such as T-shirts and hats
with the cereal's name have proven successful. By utilizing a direct-mail
order form, the Company is also collecting a database of fans for future
use.

Future Lines
The Company is currently negotiating with various high profile celebrities
and athletes, anticipating the development and marketing of new products.
The Company will create new products under exclusive licensing agreements
with each celebrity or athlete, using their likenesses and cultural
backgrounds.

Marketing Programs
The Company's publicist generates consumer awareness of the Company's
products using traditional marketing methods as well as innovative and
industry specific methods. Since the Company's inception, over 1,500
newspapers and magazines have written articles about the Company, its
products, and the charities involved. The Company's licensees have also
been on numerous nationally televised TV shows promoting their products in
addition to hundreds of mentions on local radio stations. The Company has
a strategic alliance with Planet Hollywood International Inc. Through this
alliance, "launch parties" are held at the local Planet Hollywood
restaurant in each new market to introduce members of the trade and press
to the product and the celebrity whose products are being introduced.

Management Team
President
Jason Bauer has worked in the food and beverage industry for his entire
career. Prior to forming Famous Fixins, Bauer was Regional Sales Manger
for Krinos Foods from 10/94 - 12/96 and National Sales Manager for
Paradise Products from 12/96 - 3/97. Both companies are leaders in their
respective food categories. His expertise includes new product
introduction as well as implementation of sales and marketing programs.
Prior to Bauer's entrance into the food category, he spent three years
('91 through '94) as Sales Manager for Tri-County Distributors, a beverage
wholesaler based in Melville, New York. He was responsible for sales for
over 100 beverage items, including, RC Cola, Diet Rite Cola, Mistic
Beverages, Poland Spring Water, and various lines of beer. Bauer received
a Bachelor of Science Degree in marketing and finance from Boston
University in 1991.

Vice President of Marketing & Publicity
Michael Simon has worked in the entertainment industry for the past eight
years. Prior to working for the Company, Simon was a Public Relations
Manager for Planet Hollywood International, Inc (7/95 - 5/97). Through his
extensive relationships with national media outlets in radio, television,
and print, Simon was responsible for promoting the restaurant and its
logo. Prior to Planet Hollywood, Simon spent five years at the Los Angeles
based talent agency, International Creative Management (6/91 - 7/95) where
he served as a television talent agent. There he worked with such clients
as Sugar Ray Leonard, Tori Spelling, Peter Berg, and Tony Danza. Simon
graduated from Hunter College in 1991 with a degree in Bachelor of Arts.

Sales Manager
Jody King has worked in sales and marketing for her entire career. Prior
to joining Famous Fixins, King was Account Executive for The Photobition
Group and Nomadic Display. Both companies were leaders in their respective
tradeshow and graphic design services. Her responsibilities included new
product development and expanding her Manhattan territory client base. In
her position King partnered with fortune 500 companies such as
Oppenheimer, Paine Webber, Morgan Stanley, Pricewaterhouse-Coopers, to
ensure they maximized their marketing efforts while attending tradeshows.
She has joined Famous Fixins as Sales Manager to establish National
Distribution for the companies' products. King received a Bachelor of Arts
from Rutgers University in 1994.
