S, I think it's fair for dimension supporters to be celebrating today. To the victor goes the spoils, etc. But isn't the counterclaim at least a bit exaggerated? After all, Dimensions lawyers made it clear they were prepared to drop the counterclaim?

I grant you --- it's weird that Tmmi would "voluntarily dismiss" their claims without securing releases on the counterclaim. Some might say that was incompetent. But there was never much beef to the counterclaims?

This isn't to say that the costs award won't be significant.
