An address search (6115 JIMMY CARTER BLVD) of Gwinnet County, GA tax records shows CPD MOBILE RETAIL DEVELOPMENT with no taxable property. Another entity called WIRELESS COMMUNICATION CENTER is at the same address with no taxable property. However, it lists the "stitus address" (i.e. the place where property is legally kept) as being 3500 GWINNETT PLACE DR 13, Norcross GA.
