When the market tanks and the economy is on its way to nothing what do you think the government will use to try and stabilize? When the economy downturns drug and alcohol usage goes thru the roof as well as crime. Perhaps it's been illegal this whole time to serve as a crutch when we truly need it to preserve our level of civilization...
