(peii) Petrons operations are a front- cosmetic. Set up to be aesthetically pleasing to the outsider. Just someone with a little above average intelligence that has a knack for appearing to be seemingly professional. Floyd is like the Gustavo Fring of the oil & gas investments but without the intelligence or success. Maybe they took a gamble and in the back burner of their mind thought that oil prices would eventually go up and they could make up for the mistakes (fraud). I know some people that worked under this bottom feeder and I'm told that they literally just bought new cars and toys with the funds.
