Well, when looking at the big picture, they really think the Amazon River project is going to be a homerun. It's a total win win for both entities, as CVSU has many emerging companies and FHAL has a billion dollar project in front of them. We now have 16 separate businesses and more on the way. CVSU had the access to capital, FHAL had the registered listing and both offer very promising futures.

<Geez ! Take a day out to do some work on a house and look what happens !! Sure looks like the dream I had on post # 1 is paying off !! 1) Why would they need FHAL as a shell with this kind of money ?? They had a pink listing, why not just file themselves ??>
