So the rs is 1/1000. Your 20mil shares=20thou and at a pps of 10cents(assuming). My $2thou will buy the equivalent 20000thou shares.nah.... I will wait til it drops below 10 cents then buy more than 20 thou shares.

P.s. I pity those holding 1 mil and below that bought above 3s.
