It looks like he's not optimistic about the
South African "mystery monies" coming in.

De Leige is also back to buying 50 to 100 shares
to probably jack up the closing price at the
ask.

Also, I would think that $5 million or so in capital
investments should produce something more like the
images depicted in the link below AND not just one cylinder
on its side (with another device beside it) with a nice
reception desk that are shown at the beginning of this
