ahhhh the end of March, I thought it was next month. In following their construction process for the ARE site, they have the basics installed, water lines and sewer lines. A paper road cut and the lumber kiln has been erected. I know the NYSERDA and the NYSDEC are both actively involved in this funding. I also feel if Plastic2oil is chosen for Madison County then the New York City project may also be claimed by PTOI.

Plastic2oils machines dont have to be profitable for the end user, all they have to do is provide a solution.
