A quote from the PPG conference call, in the Questions & Answers section:

"We do have an agreement with our retail partners to begin some newer branding. I don't want to get into specifics because you have to wait until you see it on the shelves. But we also have some new wins for 2016 that will require replacing some products on the shelves. So all those costs are frontloaded into Q1 prior to the paint season. And so it's a one-time cost we want to make sure you were aware of."

I want to point out one of HCTI's PR's awhile ago mentioned "big box" stores, and modifications to a major coating's manufacturer product. --> http://www.hybridcoatingtech.com/pdf/Hybrid-Coating-Enters-Into-Licensing-Agreement-With-Major-Coatings-Manufacturer-July17.pdf Now, this agreement in the PR may have become sidetracked, and taken longer than normal... but I feel it is still is related someway to the newer F500 PR released last year: http://www.hybridcoatingtech.com/pdf/Fortune_500_Agreement-4-7-15.pdf Both PR's mention modifications and commercialization of the partner's product. Speculation, of course.
