That is a European date meaning they wanted to close January 8th, 2016.
Now if you can go to the main page you can see the list of presenting companies for the next conference in March, if you scroll to the bottom of the page. They are presenting again at the next conference on March 15th & 16th. So it is obvious that they still are trying to raise money if they are presenting again.
