I still dont see any response from the Dimension side on the TMM PR so we dont know if there was a settlement or not yet. But as Urban points out if its not mentioned in the TMM PR then they may have just unilaterally surrendered which seems to be the tone of the news release.

If true, what kind of a plan is that supposed to be? Why would anyone sign a contract with them if they are still being sued for stealing software and a host of other crimes? They blew about 5 million dollars developing fractal software and another million or more on the lawsuit and abandoned both?
