No way ,more like hundred million and they are not diluting with this small volume day after day . If it was a billion this stock would have never seen a penny . It would be at 0001 like your play . I want some more cheap shares but come on . Let you in a little secret in a few weeks back to penny land . Huge news comming . I'm always right on predicting this stock .
