Pete,

I think everything will work out fine. The investigation is a pain in the arse but I dont believe we will lose any rights in the JDZ. We should be getting percentages in Blocks 5 and 6. Chevron should be drilling Obo-2 between now and the end of the year. And once the drillbit starts turning in three of our blocks at the same time then the share price will take care of itself. So in the long run we should all do just fine.

And one never knows. There could be a buyin or perhaps ERHC will take part of the $46 million and leverage that to pick up some additional properties that could produce in the near term.
