Sure I agree Stock Option Plan for key employees is a good thing and very normal in the industry - I'm just wondering where did a huge number like 5,875,000 stock options come from?
How many key employees do we have - seven?... that would be like, 839,285 shares each, if divided equally?

Seems like an extraordinarily generous employee stock option package - unless I'm missing something here.
I would have thought 250,000 to 500,000 would be enough incentive - considering a junior miner's chance of hitting the big-leagues is about 1/1000. IMO

Does anyone have any opinion on this?
