Would companies like Quest Diagnostins and Lab Corp of America and similar ones fit the bill? How about companies like Psychmedics, Track Group and Orasure and others who have their own singular focus in drug testing methodologies? There are also the private lab companies who work with PCHM.
It's great to know that management considers an exit strategy but I'm not placing all my eggs in that basket. The flip side is that maybe we are closer. Why would Joe step aside and hire Kerri as President? Is this about having a succession plan? I've previously mentioned that PCHM did their first audit in a decade. Why? To waste $50,000, $100,000? Why take these steps.
