I remember a poster here once said EDXC was Todd's baby. If this were true his baby would be a toddler now and must have down's synd*ome because this stock is straight up reta*ded. 3 years invested here and nothing has happened at all, actually we have regressed IMO. My 1.9 Million shares are completely wore-less at this point and this CEO Todd Davis never does anything at all but take take private money for woreless shares of EDXC stock as shown in the un-audited financials. I called all over and there is no Autospense or M3HUB for the matter ANYWHERE AT ALL!!No VUZI glasses anywhere.list keeps going and going

-Endexx Hires Leading Independent Audit Firm. Clearly no Audit because the company is broke.
-What are the CBD companies doing?? Hottest market in the US and nothing?Something is wrong here? What is Todd doing with the private placement money? obviously not reinvesting it.
-Endexx Announces Positive Results of Initial Diabetic Neuropathy Patient Study. Yes we now CBD works that's why I invested now sell some products already!
-Endexx and Voice Digital Services Sign Marketing Agreement. Clearly a scam Pr nothing ever happened.
-American Green and Endexx Sign Collaboration Agreement. This was the Pr that caught my red flag. clearly ERBB was a SCAM and Mr. Davis had to be aware of this but still put out this Pr.What a joke Todd is.
-Mr. Davis last PR on Dec 15th.Endexx Updates Investors on Company Audit & Investment Outlook. Why an Audit when you don't have profit? Is it take take more money from innocent victims to feed his own personal greed? What a POS Todd has turned out to be.
-EDXC forecast for 2016 and beyond It's gonna be cold, it's gonna be gray, and it's gonna last you for the rest of your life.
