I have a very wild and maybe ridiculous thought (face it their situation is dire now) but..... Do you think that because they needed a 30,000,000 dollar market cap, they might have did all this financing to obtain cash on hand as part of their worth, then pump the stock at the last minute to get it to a better value as well (would have to be one muther of a pump because so many would sell out) but then do an r/s at the last minute to gain compliance?

I know, it sounds extreme, but they are in an extreme state right now.
