The Judge Paul Crotty decision destroys most of the objections to government's actions imposing conservatorship.

The FRAUD conclusion clearly shifts attention away from any government/big-bank conspiracy and onto the mismanagement of Fannie Mae's leadership team in concealing risk.

No wonder Paulson stepped in. It was a house of cards. Falling cards.

No wonder why Investors Unite, th717 or any of the other pumper blogs want to talk about Judge Crotty or his decision.
