Summary


Currently I build relationships for clients of United Mobile Solutions, a leading mobile phone hardware distributor and T-Mobile Master Dealer. Here I work to understand the daily business operations of our clients and utilize that information to establish proper credit limits and repayment plans. My goal is to customize payment options which helps maintain a healthy cash flow consistent with our internal policies and procedures. I work closely with our sales team to ensure we have complete and accurate information before we contact each client. One of the things our clientele appreciates the most is the time we save them by working together. Not only we do share a fun and productive working environment, but we save time for our customers as well.

Before joining United Mobile Solutions, I was employed by a debt negotiation agency. At NCRB, I took pride in helping clients develop plans to reduce and eliminate their credit card debts, and as a consequence, improve their credit scores. The rewarding part of this job was to help customers ultimately build a path to apply for their first mortgage.

I am originally from Colombia and I came to the United States after obtaining my bachelor degree in Finance. When I first arrived here I worked in the hospitality industry. My last occupation in this industry was as a guest services agent in the Hilton, Ft. Lauderdale Airport. I really enjoyed this experience because I worked with people from all over the world. I also learned the importance of implementing standard procedures which helped me achieve our corporate goals.
