BTW, Strategy, I can think of one scenario in which the price of oil causes upheaval to the ERHE drilling timeline.

What if Cepsa runs into revenue problems, as a result of the oil price cave in, and they decide that they must divert intended Kenya funds to compensate for the revenue shortfall?

And if so, there would be delays in the timeline to bring necessary funding to the project.
