Aren't these "big" investment type people smart enough to ask about possible federal regulations and the effects on the cost of business, especially regarding the restriction of chemicals, and how they are preparing for it? OSHA is finishing up its 3-year National Emphasis Program regarding isocyanates, as well as outstanding SNURs. I'm sure it's an appropriate question.
