"Any company with the purported number of patents and applications for patent that this outfit claims and is still without a single License Agreement with an interested party whereby they would be receiving royalties from those Agreements is totally inept.

They do not intend to make the stuff but to license others who do or will at some future time. Still while merely holding that License they are required to pay some royalty amount that increases later on when production and sales get going. Not unusual even to license an application of record on that same basis.

The fact they don't appear even at that stage with any item patented or applied for is unbelievable. And, if you do not demonstrate any intent to Make, Use or Sell that item the patent office can terminate your ownership thereof. A patent isn't granted so you can sit on it!

This company needs to be investigated if they are not actually working on all that patented technology".

Or at least seriously intending and preparing to License others damn soon.
