OC: I do not think so. SOE still controls 42% of the new shares or 12.6 million shares, Pete and his Buddy only control 1.2 million of the new shares.

NGAR could issue new shares in a stock swap with ERHE to move to a new exchange, but buying ERHE for a .05 will not happen as the company now has a market cap of about $5 million dollars.

I believe that there is some window dressing going on at ERHE, but who the Partner or Buyer is remains a tightly guarded secret for Now!

Everything hinges on a Very Successful Drilling campaign in Kenya!!

Dry hole or less than Stellar results will mean more of the same.

I think the ERHE storyline continues until early July 2016.
